This quotation provides an estimated cost; however, no reservations for airfare, accommodations, tours, transfers, activities, or other services have been made at this stage.

Payment Policy
- Phase 1: Say “Yes!” to your dream vacation with a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
- Phase 2: Woohoo! Celebrate the confirmation of your trip by paying 75% to make it official.
- Phase 3: Adventure awaits! Receive your service voucher by completing the full payment (100%).

Booking and Tour Package Terms:
- Bookings or tour packages are non-changeable and non-refundable (excluding air tickets).
- Air ticket re-issue or refund charges will depend on the airline’s policy.
- Group tickets are entirely non-changeable and non-refundable.
Flight Policies
For the convenience of all passengers, it is essential to understand that Smart-BD TRAVELS is not accountable for various aspects of airline services. These include check-in and boarding procedures, flight delays, in-flight meals, seat allocation, baggage handling, and changes or cancellations to travel plans. Refund processes for unused tickets are managed solely by the airline. Passengers are responsible for ensuring the validity of travel documents, such as passports and visas. In cases of lost belongings during the journey, passengers should contact the airline’s Lost and Found department directly.
Additionally, the decision to purchase travel insurance, which provides coverage for unforeseen events, rests with the passenger. Passengers are advised to stay informed about airline policies, communicate directly with airlines regarding operational concerns, and refer to airline guidelines for a seamless travel experience. Smart-BD TRAVELS and other booking representatives are authorized only to sell air tickets and are not responsible for providing any services beyond ticket sales. The airline’s authorities are solely responsible for delivering all flight-related services.
Hotel Policies
For the convenience of all passengers, it is important to note that Smart-BD TRAVELS is not responsible for various aspects of hotel and resort services. These include early or late check-in and check-out requests, meals, room allocation, special requests, charges for changes in room type, bed type, room view, smoking preferences, city tax, or security deposits. Such matters fall under the jurisdiction of the respective accommodation providers.
Passengers are advised to communicate directly with the hotel reception or front desk for any specific requests or services related to their reservations. Once booked and paid for, hotel or resort accommodations are fully non-changeable and non-refundable. All services are subject to the policies of the individual hotels. Matters related to travel documents, lost items, and the decision to purchase travel insurance are the responsibility of the passengers.
Each hotel provides its services based on its own policies or state regulations. The facilities or amenities offered in a room depend on the specific hotel’s rules. For example, in many countries, hotels may not provide drinking water, toiletries, sanitary items, or breakfast as standard. Smart-BD TRAVELS is not responsible in such cases. Passengers are advised to enjoy the services according to the hotel’s rules.
Smart-BD TRAVELS and other booking representatives are authorized only to sell hotel or resort accommodations. They are not responsible for providing any other services beyond room sales. Hotel or resort authorities are solely responsible for delivering all services at their respective establishments.
Food Policies

While we facilitate bookings that may include meals, the selection, quality, and adherence to dietary restrictions or preferences are the sole responsibility of the respective food service providers.

While Smart-BD TRAVELS strives to provide comprehensive assistance, the individual food service providers are responsible for determining the culinary experience and related policies.

Tour, Attraction, and Activities Policies

Smart-BD TRAVELS and other booking representatives are authorized only to sell tickets for tours, attractions, and activities. They are not responsible for providing any service other than ticket sales. The tour company authorities are solely responsible for delivering all related services.
Transfer and Vehicle Policies
For the benefit of all passengers, it is crucial to understand that Smart-BD TRAVELS acts solely as a booking agent for vehicle services and is not directly responsible for providing transportation. This includes aspects such as the vehicle’s condition, driver behavior, scheduling, or operational issues.
Our driver or representative will wait for up to 30-45 minutes for airport pick-up services. If the waiting time exceeds 45 minutes, extra waiting charges will apply as per the rules of the transportation provider. For other types of pick-up, drop-off, or car disposal, the driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at pre-designated points or locations. If a ride is missed due to personal or other reasons, the full amount will be forfeited.
Passengers are advised to communicate directly with the transportation service providers for inquiries, requests, or concerns about vehicle services. While Smart-BD TRAVELS facilitates the booking process, the operational aspects and service quality remain the responsibility of the transportation companies.
Clear communication with the designated service provider will help address specific requirements, changes, or issues related to transportation needs. The conduct, performance, and adherence to scheduled itineraries by guides fall under the responsibility of the guide service providers.
